Serving the Children of the World

We are delighted that you are interested in learning more about membership with the Kiwanis Club of Sandusky!

Chartered in 1919, the Kiwanis Club of Sandusky has been one of the most active service clubs in Erie County for the past 94 years. We currently support over 35 local organizations and charities with both our financial and volunteer support.

Some of our monetary donations have included, but not exclusive to: Firelands Regional Medical Center, Pediatric Unit ($15,000), Sandusky Library ($10,000), Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls State, Habitat for Humanity, YMCA, Back to the Wild, Victory Kitchen and the Salvation Army.  We have also chartered the SCCS Key Club and the Lake Erie Aktion Club, both extensions of the Kiwanis family service clubs.

Sandusky Kiwanians are also active volunteers for a variety of local charities, including but not exclusive to: Highway Cleanup, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, American Red Cross, Stein Hospice, Volunteers of America, Meals on Wheels, Erie County Cancer Services, and Adventures in Friendship.

The Kiwanis Club of Sandusky is proud to announce it has taken sponsorship of the Sandusky Imagination Library, the local affiliate for the nationally renowned Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

We think you will find the fellowship, fun, and networking opportunities that are available to all Kiwanians as an added bonus to our efforts to fulfill our mission of changing the world one child and one community at a time.
